School Procedures

Visiting the School

All visitors to the school should call first at the General Office.

Parents wishing to make appointments to see the Principal, Assistant Principals, Heads of Sub-Schools or Level Coordinators may do so through the General Office or Sub-School Secretary. Parents and other visitors are requested not to go to staffrooms or classrooms.

Making an appointment will save considerable inconvenience to parents, as staff are not usually immediately available.

Other visitors, including ex-students wishing to visit the school, must obtain permission from an Assistant Principal. The school does not favour students receiving visits from friends during the school day, including lunch and recess. Unauthorised visitors will be asked to leave immediately.
