Youth Worker

The youth worker assists the wellbeing of the students within the school by having a preventive orientation with emphasis on environmental factors and the delivery of programs as well as direct services which have an emphasis on crisis resolution and a more personal focus.

The youth worker can arrange for external services to meet the needs of students, as appropriate. Students are able to self-refer or referrals can be directed to the youth worker from parents or teaching staff.
